This is when the problems came Now I am having issues with the Dolby Digital push for the audio. My speakers never used to adjust to DD, but now it does for all channels. I also deleted my preferences file, added an external GB drive as a scratch disk, etc etc So now I'm completely stumped I've had both version of CS running perfectly on far lesser spec machines with no issues at all, yet I get this new PC and it just seems to crash as described above. Replies This plot sickens The only downside is now my newer plug-ins dont work. So I can oly conclude the problem is something to do with my new Dell as I've tried everything usggested on the the Adobe site, all to no avail.
