Using High Quality mode, you can get up to an hour of video using the supplied 2GB memory card. Web Quality mode results in four hours using the same memory card.

There are more compression artifacts under Web Quality mode, understandably, but even High Quality mode left much to be desired. Even slightly dim rooms will result in some very dark and mostly unusable videos. To install the software, all you have to do is connect the RCA Small Wonder to your computer for the first time. It was prompt you to go through the installation process. From then on, it will auto-detect when the camcorder is connected to your computer.

When I use the preinstalled software, and play it back, it plays at a really fast rate, and thus makes it sound like "alvin and the chipmunks" recorded it.
